A Little About Us
Elmwood Interiors is a small independent business based In Chester Le Street covering all areas of the North East. We have a small showroom with bedrooms and kitchens on display along with a wide range of doors styles, worktops, handles & accessories.
Professionalism and Reliability
From the moment you visit our showroom to the completion of your project we maintain a personal, friendly and professional service. Contact will be made throughout the whole process with regular updates on progress.
Design
You will receive expert advice from designer and owner Paul Middleton. We use 3D design software which allows enough visual information to develop and design your perfect kitchen or bedroom. This allows us to create your dream kitchen or bedroom.
Unlike some of the larger companies, where perhaps once you have signed on the dotted line the salesman has already moved on to the next customer, Paul will be involved throughout the whole process and be your main point of contact.
Manufacture
Using an in-house manufacturing facility, we build our own rigid cabinets ensuring quality is always kept to a high standard. All our cabinets feature Blum soft close doors and drawers as standard. It is also possible to colour match the cabinet to the door in some ranges.
Installation
We offer a full supply and installation service whereby we manage the project from the removal of the existing kitchen or bedroom right through to the last handle being fitted. We pride ourselves on minimal disruption to your home throughout the process. Trades include electrical, plumbing, plastering, small building work, decorating, flooring and joinery. All tradesmen are experienced and work in a polite, friendly and professional manner whilst in your home.
Peace Of Mind
Sometimes small independent companies can be seen somewhat as a risk to deal with compared to the larger chains as regards to after sales service. At Elmwood if a problem occurs during the warranty period we will diagnose the problem within 7 days and if replacement parts are required we will order them straight away and should have stock parts within 5 working days and bespoke items within 14 days.
